Regional Managers oversee one or more local offices and are responsible for recruiting
and developing quality agents, managing day-to-day office operations, and providing
the highest level of support and business development leadership to Marcus &
Millichap investment professionals. This leadership position develops and executes
a strategic plan to assure achievement of financial results and client satisfaction.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in a related field, three years of
progressive management experience (preferably sales management), thorough real estate
knowledge (preferably brokerage), excellent communications skills, superior analytical
and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, as well as in
a team framework.
Applicants must absolutely have 3 years of commercial real estate
investment brokerage sales and/or management experience.
